Ingredients
- 5 T coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 30+ drops chocolate sweet leaf drops I used about 3 dropper fulls
- 3 T Chocolate Pudding Mix I used abundant life foods made with steiva
- 3 T water
Servings:
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan
- Take off heat and let cool slightly, a minute or 2
- add the chocolate sweet leaf drops and stir for a minute
- Add the cocoa, pudding mix and stir, add water...
- Stir until it gets thick. It will seem very thin but as it cools it will thicken up...taste to see if it needs more stevia, I thought it was fairly bitter, added a bit of stevia but after it cooled it was great!
- Drizzle into an ice cube tray and freeze...Keep in freezer until ready to eat, possibly fridge.
- If making covered fruit or nuts, simply put a bit of chocolate sauce into the tray, add nuts/fruit and add more chocolate on top To use as chocolate chips...after frozen take them out of the tray and chop up with a knife, freeze until you are ready to use them. If you leave them out too long they will melt back into sauce.
